November 25, 2016

Canada 150 London is pleased to support all community initiatives that are being created locally for Canada's sesquicentennial. We were honoured to work alongside London Community Foundation to navigate interested applicants through The Community Fund for Canada's 150th (or CFC150).

The Community Fund for Canada’s 150th is a collaboration between London Community Foundation, the Government of Canada, and extraordinary leaders from coast to coast. It is a small grants program to activate an exciting array of initiatives and activities that will bring out the best Canada has to offer for the sesquicentennial.

All projects must work towards one or more of the following principles:

2. Inspire a deeper understanding about the people, places and events that shape our country and communities;

3. Build a vibrant and healthy communities with the broadest possible engagement of all Canadians, including indigenous peoples; groups that reflect our cultural diversity; youth and official language minorities
