Join us downtown for New Year’s Eve in the Park as we close out one of Canada’s most celebrated years with a party fit for every family. It’s a free community event accessible to all Londoners. Plus, free LTC service make travel safe and easy so you can do more.

The action starts downtown at 7pm with two hours of interactive, inclusive entertainment for all ages across two stages in London’s Victoria Park. Bring the kids for free skating, snowman building competition, multi-cultural performances, princesses, superheroes and more. Enjoy some free hot chocolate and the family fireworks show at 9 pm.

Ring in the New Year in the heart of our city.

9:00 PM - 12:00 AM

The energy will continue to build downtown with original performances by two emerging London artists as voted by the community; sing along to Canadian hits with the Jack Richardson London Orchestra - 15 of London’s hottest hometown musicians; and, countdown to 2018 with a high-energy fireworks show at midnight. 

We’re excited to announce the TWO winning local acts who will be opening the largest New Year’s Eve party in London.

One event for every Londoner. New Year’s Eve in the Park is non-stop entertainment and fun for the whole family. Let’s give Canada 150 a spectacular send-off and celebrate a brand new year with a party to remember. See you December 31st!

About Us New Year’s Eve in the Park is a free community-driven event that aims to eliminate barriers in bringing Londoners together. Programming was determined in collaboration with more than 20 local partners and perspectives from a newly formed youth committee.


Together, we can accomplish our vision to transform Victoria Park into the destination for every Londoner to welcome the New Year with programming that connects us.
